Most important is to maintain a minimum overall cartridge length of 0.955", otherwise deep seating of the bullet will spike pressure.
I am unfamiliar with the profile of the Lee bullet or if the bullet will impinge against the origin of rifling at that length.
My experience in loading .32 ACP is with the Accurate series of bullets 31-077B, 31-090B and 31-095T
With these the following loads work well:
