Since the switch to the new server, some of you may be experiencing large personal icons. We are working to see if we can reduce them all at once, but you can do it quickly on your own. I have already reduced many of yours on my own, but it can be time consuming to do each one individually.
To reduce the icon, open the image in "paint" or other photo editing software. Then resize them to about 75 to 50 pixels on both sides. Then upload it again in your "my tools" profile section. Check after doing so and if needed, reduce again by about 5-10%.
