Now that I have ordered an LE Wilson bullet seating die for 30-06, am I going to have trouble using it with cast bullets?

Depends.... did you specify bullet and case neck diameters?
Wilson will open it up a bit as needed (for a nominal fee). Send 2 or 3 of the bullets / cases to them and they'll do it right.
I am using the Wilson bullet seater for .22 Hornet & .222 Rem. Using cast bullets of .226" dia. pose no problem.
I bought the thing from brownell's so it is probably what ever is "stock". I have some reamers. My throat is right around .310 by trial and error. My bullets sized . 3105 scuff going into the chamber. Just got a .309 and a .310 size die from NOE. Gonna pl;ay with em tonight. And I'll find out if the Wilson can handle belled mouths and .310 bullets. Thanks all.
I have used Wilson SL seating dies in several different calibers to seat GC'd cast bullets for years and have not found that belling of the case mouth necessary if the case mouth is chamfered.
I use an old hand reamer that puts a much smaller angle on the inside of the case mouth than those that are commonly sold for reloading. I think Lyman now makes such and animal. Well worth the cost.
I also just chamfer the cases using the standard RCBS chamfer tool, then seat bullets with the RCBS micrometer seating die. No issues seating GC bullets. The Wilson should do at least as well if not better.
Holding public office should be viewed as an obligation to serve, not an opportunity to rule.
My seating die arrived today, only took Brownells 13 days to get it here. Wouldn't you know it, I loaded 50 rounds to test last night, so today it shows up. After fiddling a little with it every thing seem ok to load cb's.
Geez, by using a Hornady chamber length oal bullet seater gizmo measuring tool it makes adjusting the oal super slick,
