Hello, This is my first post on the CBA forum. I have joined to learn more about casting and making accurate bullets. Have had an interest for several years and some experience, however I want to learn more. The club that I belong to host matches that are for cast bullets three Sundays a month. We shoot silhouettes out to 500 yards with black powder cartridge rifles, old military and hunting rifles. I find it most enjoyable and strive to achieve accuracy in my cast bullets and the loading of my cartridges. At present I use the following cartridges in matches and my experiments, 30-30, 308, 30-06, 32-40, and 25-20 Single Shot. The bullets that I have been casting / shooting in my 30 cal are Lyman 311332, 311334, 311291, 311467, NOE 310-196 FN AR1.
I have become aware that there are several articles already available to me through the CBA that will help with furthering my knowledge and I plan to start studying them.
I'm open to suggestions and conversations.
