We all know that the Fouling Shot is a big incentive for membership in the CBA, but many fail to consider the postal match program. Many shooters throughout the U.S., Canada and many parts of the world do not have local matches or active clubs in their area so they can see just how they compare to other shooters in competition. The CBA Postal Matches are the way for them to do so, John in Windyville, Alaska. can compete against Joe in Cut and Shoot, Texas (yes it is a real town) and Bill in Crocodile, Australia.
Postal matches are held throughout the year and in just about every category you could think of, just look at what has been announced so far, ../postal-schedule-2017 . Competing in postal matches is easy. Contact the match director and obtain your targets by mail. Abide by the rules for the category you are competing it on the "honor system", ../postal-rules. Go to your local range, your backyard, or wherever you can set up the target at the required distance and shoot, again abiding by the rules. Send in your targets & required forms by the due date and wait till the results are published.
