Lee service excellence

After several years of use, I returned my Lee furnace to the factory as the valve was leaking when the pot was full.  Fully expecting to find that I needed a new machine, I was very pleased to receive a package from them today.  Inside was my old furnace with a brand new pot at NO CHARGE !!!!!!  This is great customer service and I wanted to let everyone know that the folks at Lee stand behind their products.  Thanks very much to Lee, now I am even more of a fan of their casting equipment.

I know this thread is a bit old now, but I just wanted to add that my experience with Lee customer service has been equally great.

Every single time I have contacted them about a problem, they have sent me a new product, or part, absolutely free of charge.
