I'm seeing what I think is the same mold being called by two different names. Is there a FN version? Mine says 'SP' on the mold and RCBS box.

The custom Flat nose version will cast @ .228 diameter and weighs 60grs. It is a different design bullet than the more common 55gr SP.

I wonder why the FN costs over 50% more than the SP.  That is quite a difference. John

Thanks Glenn.  That makes sense.  I also have a mold for the old 22-055-FN but haven't used it much. I should try it more seriously in my 222 with the 14” twists. John
