Just checking with grafs.com for 22 hornet brass. They have Nosler for $40/100, if it is the same quality as their .223 brass it will be excellent!

Also have Hornady for $54/100 and PRVI Partizan(made in Serbia) for $29/100.

Currently using Both PRVI and Hornady with good results, my 20 yr old win is starting to wear after 15-18 loadings.

Have the Nosler on order and will let you know how it works out later.

Be aware that S&B and Hornady Hornet brass has very small flash holes.  My RCBS decapping pin is too big for the brass so each case had the flash hole opened up to near regular size.

I have encountered the same problem with my Lee Universal decapping die as well as a Lee full length resizing die.  The small holes end up pulling the pin out of the road.

I chucked the rod in my drill and turned it down a little with some sand paper and emery paper, but I still get a sticky one once in a while.

Also, I got a K & M Flash Hole Uniformer (0.062") which I will use on unfired brass before I load it.
