I’ve had molds/bullets that should have shot accurately, that other shooters shot accurately, that didn’t work for me. 311291 for example. 311/314 299 do work for me. Try other bullets, some make a big difference.

Search for "jacketed rifle bullet pictures", look at them for a minute.

Search for "cast rifle bullet pictures", look at them for a minute.

Make believe you're from mars, never saw a bullet.

What's your one sentence thought?

Try doing what I asked. I want several/many to try it; there's less than 5 minutes required, and no wrong answer. 

The secret may lie in the responses.

One sentence response: Grooves and groove-less versions...................... but in this case it means absolutely nothing as to why you got better accuracy with one and not the other.
