Some of our shooting sports retailers are not having such a good time right now so thought that I would post my experience with Hornady today.
A few days ago I was using my AP press with an older set of their dies to load my yearly supply of 44 Specials and due to my inattentiveness, broke the decapping pin. One where the pin is permanently attached to a smooth spindle.
Called Hornady today and visited with a nice lady who is sending an updated decapping assembly free of charge under warranty . Have no idea how old those dies are.
Can't get any better support than that.
