Help Identify This Old Mold

I bought this mold recently and believe it is hand made by an individual rather than produced by a commercial mold maker. Any help is appreciated. It casts a .323” or 8mm bullet. The mold handles are made of oak. It appears to have been made with different length base stops, but it only came with the one. As you can see the individual mold blocks and handles are made from one block of iron each

No idea who made it, but I bet the other base plug was for a hollow base. Was probably build for 32/40 blackpowder.
