New LabRadar arrived UPS yesterday. I've been reading and rereading the instructions and believe I'm ready to give it a go. S.I.L. and I will try it out Saturday. I'll let you know how it goes. Gp

Keen to hear.  Saw one being used at the range a couple of weeks back.  Sure beats having to line up over the Chrono.

Cheers from New Zealand

Jeff: I took it out to the range this morning. I'm still learning the in's and out's but that isn't any fault of the machine. I'm somewhat of a tech. "Tard"  It is very nice to be done with the sky screens. Much easier to get on target with out the added distraction of the screens.  They are a bit touchy about aiming but I was warned ahead that would be the case and bought a 3-D printed scope mount that clips on top of the unit. Much easier than using the V notch.  Smoke 4320 @ Boolit's makes them for sale.  The units can be set up to use an app on your smart phone and have  a provision for the use of a SDHC card to up the memory of the unit to the point that I don't have enough time left to overfill the memory. Mid-South has them on sale. Been wanting one for a while and glad I finally made the purchase.  Gp
