No but I can tell you 20 gr. of IMR-4198 and the Lee CTL312-160 shoot the best in my Ruger mini-30.

The 5744 data for the cast Lee c312-155-2R in the Lyman Cast bullet handbook #4 is valid for your 150 gr cast bullet:
5744 START 14.0 gr 1395fps @17,700 CUP MAXIMUM 19.0 gr 1887 fps @ 41,400 CUP. Your velocity will be very slightly higher and pressure very slightly lower with your 150 gr bullet instead of a 155 gr Lee.
verify on page 168 of the lyman book.

I have done some testing with it to see if I could get reliable functioning in a couple SKSs. It was slow enough to be reliable with loads as low as 13.8 gr. Recoil was very mild, if the rifle was held tight, if ejected the cases about 3-4 feet away. Accuracy was ok with a the Lee bullet, Gary referenced, lubed with liquid alox, about 4 1/2” at 100 yds with open sights.

I like long cut 4198, but it is a bi-otch to meter. I wonder if Reloader 7 would work for you...it meters good?

I meter both 4198 and Rel #7 well with the inexpensive Lee Perfect. The silicone swipe in the Perfect is friendly to long stick extruded powders and dropping charges is as consistent as I am handling the measure. If your main concern is velocity H322 has the highest velocity with the lowest pressure for cast bullets in the X39. I have tried this load#4658 from Reloaders'Nest and it screams and shoots very well:
Load 4658 in caliber 7.62x39 Russian LoadID 4658 Bullet Cast RCBS FN g/check Bullet Weight 158 gr Powder H-322 Powder Weight 27.0 grs Primer Rem Lg Rifle Brass Make Lapua Barrel Length 22 (inches) C.O.L 2.100 (inches) Velocity 2243 fps Group 100 yds 2.520 (inches) Submitted By Roadrunner Gun Info
H&R Handi-Rifle
H322 is a short cut extruded powder that meters well.
