Sorry, loading a 45 acp 200 grn precision cast semi round nose, standard primer and 5.5 grains of universal...suggested loads from the experts would be appreciated.

Bcsi; It would be helpful if you told us what cartridge you are loading. As an example, there is a big difference between a .45 ACP and a .45 Colt, not to mention other .45 Caliber cartridges.
