The T-Mag II is strong enough to handle the chores you mention and much, much more.
I too have a Lee Breach Lock Press ("c" press) and have used it for about 20 years or more to handle everything I have thrown at it. It is mounted to a small piece of wood and I c-clamp down when in use. It is my travel press and as I said served well. I would not consider it for a primary press unless I was only using it for low production. But for a second or back-up press, it is great.
